The Support Open Forum will be a session filled with tips and tricks from the OTM Support Team covering the following topics:
Patching: The session will review key notes, like the recommended patch list for on-premise clients, as well as weekly and quarterly patch bundles (QPB) available in the cloud.
Tools: Using the qdlogs and OTM Analyzer for on-premise data collections, as well as showing how these tools have evolved in our cloud release to make data collection and troubleshooting much easier.
Configuration and Performance collections: Review the primary configuration and performance collections available for on-premise and cloud clients.
Troubleshooting Tips: What you can do to find the problem using the diagnostic tools available in OTM.
What information to provide when logging an SR: We’ll provide some tips on the type of data needed for different problem types.
